• THE MOST PRACTICAL

No kinesiology based on movement has been practiced for the last 100 years
since the modernization of martial arts—it has been technically
    deteriorated.

Humans are still to be considered a four-legged mammal. All movement has to be
coordinated with the arms and legs. There will be more force in each
hand strike or kick if one can move like old Martial arts or Kung Fu.

  • THE KWANG MOO RYU METHOD

Create speed, power, and momentum using stomping and sliding movements, wrist and waist movements, jerking techniques, and isotonic and isokinetic movements with friction to build strength.

  • MEET MASTER KIM

He subsequently became an Officer of the Peace in New York City, working for the Department of Ports and Terminals as an Inspector at the Hunts Point Produce Market in the Bronx.

Master Kim has studied Western Science at several colleges, including New York City Technical College. He graduated from the Emperor's College of Oriental Medicine in 1984 and received his Doctorate of Oriental Medicine from Samra University of Oriental Medicine in Los Angeles in 1988.
